The first-annual Solo’s Beach Bonanza presented by Factory Fab USA was a huge hit! Taking place at the beautiful Gilbert’s Resort in Key Largo, Florida, this show was one that we knew we had to get in on the action. Solomon Lunger has always wanted to throw a show of his own, having helped with several shows and being connected through F-100 Builder’s Guide and Ford Era. “It’s always been a goal to put something like this together,” Solomon says, “where all my buddies and fellow like-minded truckers can just get together and enjoy a relaxed weekend on the beach with their friends and trucks!” When it was time to put pen to paper and turn his dream into reality, Solomon immediately knew he wanted this venue. An all-encompassing resort, Gilbert’s was packed with his closest buddies and their badass rigs. As always with a first-annual show, it’s a bit of a gamble not knowing for sure who will show up and support the cause. But as you can see, show up and support is exactly what happened! The beautiful resort and island quickly filled to the brim with the hottest trucks from all over with some coming all the way from Wyoming, more than 2,500 miles one way, to see what this get-together was all about. “I am so humbled by the turnout,” Solomon says. “People always say they have your back but you don’t really know until you do something like this. I appreciate each and every one of you who came out and supported this event!” One of the highlights of the weekend was the cruise from Solomon’s shop in Miami down to Gilbert’s. It was about a 65-mile trip down the coast, and there is just something incredible about cruising down the highway with your buddies and their badass rigs rolling beside you. “Imagine seeing a dozen or so classics mobbing around Miami,” hey says. “It was a sight to see!” Great venue, killer rides, and even better company, this first-year kickoff was a huge success! Rides from all over—including FLO Airride, Ford Era, Donkmaster, Soulless Innovations, Papis Garage, P15 4×4, and more—represented to the fullest. Due to limited capacity, this event is sure to book up quickly, so stay up to date at SolosBeachBonanza.com and on IG @solosbeachbonanza. We’ll see you there next year! Imagine seeing a dozen or so classics mobbing around Miami. It was a sight to see! Shout-Out We would like to give a shout-out to Factory Fab, No Spark Innovations, Outcast Autoworks, FLO Airride, Tin Knockers Custom Fabrication, Big D-Etailing, Nine-O-Nine Speed Co, Solos MFG, Papis Garage, and Simplified Smart Homes for supporting this event!
