Cheap and Easy DIY Garage Floor Coating
For a while now we’ve wanted to make over our home garage, and now that project Playboy needs some additional engine work, we decided the time is perfect. We contacted KBS Coatings and ordered some concrete floor coating along with UV topcoat. This was a super successful project that we completely did on our own for the first time ever. Sunny weather, warm temperatures, and a near-limitless collection of custom vehicles made it the perfect automotive weekend for the 32nd annual event. Drivers throughout the southeast headed to Florida for the Spring Turkey Run, an event held on the fourth weekend in March in-side the Daytona International Speedway. The Friday through Sunday show always has some-thing for everyone, including a huge custom car show with thousands of vintage classics, muscle cars, race cars and our favorite, cool custom trucks on display in the infield.
Truck enthusiasts who find themselves being brand-loyal to the pickups most likely have had a positive childhood familiarity with, say, a Ford or Chevy model. There is some truth to explain this proclivity towards certain badges, and to back this claim up, Michael Cassey of Canton, Georgia, recently shared the story about his most recent F-100 project. “Restoring my dad’s ’81 Ford F-Series with him and my brothers was such a great experience as a kid, it recently crossed my mind years later to recreate that sense of accomplishment and to see another childhood dream through,” Michael says.
In July, F-100s once again took over Maggie Valley, North Carolina! Fords, sunshine, and good times were enjoyed by just about everyone at the 2022 Moonshine Valley F-100 show! This year’s show was back at the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds the weekend of July 15th. With more than 100 Ford trucks of all years and models, the mountains were filled with some abso-lutely amazing trucks.
