We all know that OBS trucks (’88-’98 GM full sizes) are the new popular kids on the block as far as trucks to customize a fact that is certainly supported by the rising prices we’ve seen lately. Some people have had these trucks on the brain from the get-go. Take Chris Stafford, for example. He’s been a fan of this body style for as long as he can remember so much so that he’s the dude behind C/K Syndicate, purveyor of OBS-specific swag, and one of the more prevalent social media accounts on the subject. He’s also the man behind Relentless. He took the most iconic factory OBS GM truck of them all, the 454SS, and improved it in every way that the original was lacking.
We’re building, showing, and selling this 1985 Chevy C10 for Mission 22, an amazing nonprofit that works days and nights protecting the men and women in the armed forces. Thanks to All American Chassis, along with our local sandblasters and powdercoaters, we now have a completely new, fully coated frame for this truck that’s ready for assembly. The chassis is pre-engineered for a QA1 coilover-style suspension setup that we installed with no problems. The engine is on the way, and we are excited to show you what we ordered!

After owning this 1975 F-100 for 26 years, Luis “Nacho” Rodriguez realized that it was time to either start working on it or … well, push it to the back of the shop for another quarter century or so. To help light a fire under his own butt, he offered it up to United Pacific Industries (a.k.a., UPcarparts.com) as a SEMA vehicle this past year. To his horror, they said yes which gave him about six months to finish it!
One of the biggest signs of getting older and “adulting,” as they call it, is when you go from driving a two-door sports car to a four-door family vehicle. Donnie Blanchard from Lumberton, Texas, made the switch from a new Chevy Camaro to a four-door GMC Sierra. What would make someone do something like that? The birth of his daughter was the primary reason he needed a bigger vehicle. While searching a used-car lot, Donnie found a stock 2011 GMC Sierra crew cab and immediately had thoughts of what he could do to it.
