Couldn’t make it out to Gainesville, Georgia, last month for AMD’s Truck Jam and charity show? We have full event coverage here! The event’s purpose was to collect as many new stuffed teddy bears for the Eddy Bear Foundation for kids in need or in crisis. Vehicle entry to the show was just bringing a new teddy bear with tags still on it. In all, 200 trucks showed and 700 bears were collected!

In 2010, she was able to save enough money to buy her truck of choice, an ’85 Ford Ranger. “If someone didn’t purchase the truck for $1,000, it would be crushed and used for scrap metal,” says Kyle Rhyne, savior of this ’68 GMC C1500. He realized this was too good an offer to pass up. Luckily, the truck was still in the Oklahoma salvage yard. He was able to install a new ignition to get it out of the yard. It took getting onto the road for Kyle to realize the truck had no brakes at all, and although it was a scary trip, he made it home.
