SHAKEDOWN TOUR UPDATE!

THE PLAN IS IN PLACE AND THE TRUCKS ARE ON THE CHOPPING BLOCK. Welcome to the 2019 SEMA ShakeDown tour prelims. These six sled builders are competing against time as they all have around eight months left to complete the trucks, hit the road and head across the country towards fabulous Las Vegas for SEMA 2019. We will follow a pre-determined path starting in Florida with a few stops along the way. Single-day cruise-ins each night will be held at some tour sponsor locations. Ending in Vegas at our final stop, Flo Airride will host a massive SEMA pre-party along with Stafford’s Garage and the rest of the participants. THESE SIX SLED BUILDERS ARE COMPETING AGAINST TIME…

BURLEY WOODS THIS 1963 CHEVY C10 WILL BE LS SWAPPED AND RIDING ON A COMPLETE AIR-RIDE SUSPENSION.
POPEYE’S ROD SHOP IS COMING HARD TO THE TOUR WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL C.O.E. POWERED BY A 24-VALVE CUMMINS AND RIDING ON AIR BAGS WITH A COMPLETELY CUSTOM FABRICATED HAULER AND BED.
DALLAS MAYNARD FROM FULL PEN FABRICATION IS PREPARING THE ULTIMATE CHASE TRUCK WITH HIS OBS DODGE UTILITY TRUCK, COMPLETE WITH ONBOARD WELDING AND COMPRESSED AIR. WE ARE ALL GOING TO BE THANKFUL HE’S ON THE TRIP AT ONE POINT OR ANOTHER.
STAFFORD’S GARAGE IS KNOWN FOR ITS AWARD-WINNING BUILDS, AND THIS YEAR THE TEAM AIMS TO PLEASE WITH THIS SWEET CHEVY APACHE. CAN’T WAIT TO SEE IT CRUISING DOWN THE ROAD ON THE WAY TO SEMA.
THIS OBS DODGE DUALLY IS BEING BUILT AT DARKMATTER DESIGNS FOR THE INDUSTRY-KNOWN PHOTOGRAPHER TUCKER HARRIS. A 12-VALVE CUMMINS MOTOR WILL POWER THIS HAULER AND PARTS FROM VIAIR, HORNBLASTERS, FAR FROM STOCK AND BASF WILL MAKE THIS BUILD ONE OF THE NICEST TO DATE.
